To qualify as a no win no fee case, your injury claim should be worth more than £1,000 for it to be acceptable to solicitors. A non-injury claim should be worth over £5,000. If you are sure that your monetary losses are below £5,000 and that there are no injuries associated with the accident then we regret that a No Win No Fee deal may not be offered.

Please note that we do not have facilities to direct you for assistance on Unfair Dismissal claims. Medical Negligence cases may now be accepted by solicitors on a NWNF basis subject to assessment. We receive a fee of £750 ex VAT from Excalibur for each successful case. Also note that you are free to seek advice from any solicitor in addition to via our services.

If in doubt as to whether your claim is of the required size and type to qualify as a no win no fee case, this can quickly be assessed. Simply complete the Claims Wizard and the solicitors can do a quick assessment on the value and the prospects of succeeding without obligation or cost to you. It is requested, however, that if your claim is approved for handling by the appointed solicitor, that you confirm your agreement with the solicitor to handle your claim as soon as possible. Then, and only then, will you have given your authority to the solicitors to pursue your claim.
